Norway’s western coastline offers a wide variety: flat stretches with broad beaches, deep fjords surrounded by high mountains, and the unforgiving North Sea crashing against the cliffs. I have only just begun to explore this region, and there is much more to discover. As a young boy I spent summers working on my uncle’s farm just south of Stavanger.
