The Cormorant Tree

Every morning, when I can, I enjoy my coffee outside with a view of the lake and its surroundings. I first photographed this particular tree in early August, and while processing the image I noticed birds perched in the branches over the water. I later identified them as a type of cormorant. Since then I’ve seen that this is a regular hangout for the cormorants. I’ve come to call it the Cormorant Tree and have photographed it in various conditions, always with the birds present.
